35mm Din Rail is common place in industrial environments. It enables quick and secure fixing of Alloy media converters as well as other industrial equipment. The DRK-35 kit screws onto the main Media Converter body. Once fixed, the media converter can be installed or removed from a Din Rail via the strong release handle.
As an alternative to our CR-1000 and CR-1600 chassis, cut a length of 35mm Din Rail section to suit your 19 inch rack cabinet width. Then mount the Alloy media converters with the Din Rail mounting kits.
The Din Rail could be mounted in the front, rear, or sides of your 19 inch Rack cabinet. This provides a low cost, efficient mounting for Alloy Media Converters.
We also offer an optional Din Rail Power supply that can operate upto 5 Media Converters.
