Ver4.13 - Below is a summary of the differences between the driver Versions 4.12 and 4.13.

	1. Smart download - Modem code is not loaded into the DMP modems if the software detects that
	   the modem does not require a download.
	2. Correct a problem with ISA cards and Wait Mask Cancel.
	3. When the output timer expires, tx data will be flushed.
	4. New utility eqnsstview.exe has been added. This utility allows viewing of log files.
	5. Updated DMP modem code and inf file (mdmeqnx.inf) to support the smart download
	6. DMP alarm states are cleared when statistics are reset.
	7. Enhanced the Equinox EquiView Plus Service to recognize a modem with corrupted program load and 
	   initiate a modem download without user intervention.
	8. Added additional online logging capability to the MIB agent to enhance field debug capability
