Purchase this Product Support Upgrade Licence when upgrading your 3CX Phone System with an Edition Licence that adds the 3CX Contact Centre Module. This Product Support Licence can be used with any Edition of 3CX Phone System (but note that it cannot be used when the 3CX Phone System Edition is also being upgraded, for example from MINI to Small Business Edition).
3CX Product Support licences are annual contracts that provide the owners of a 3CX Phone System with technical support services directly from 3CX. 3CX Techical support is provided during the course of the contract via:

- Account on 3CX's Support Portal with access to a range of technical support material
