Purchase this Product Support Upgrade Licence when upgrading your 3CX Phone system from Enterprise256 (ENT256 supporting 256 simultaneous calls) Edition to Enterprise512 (ENT512 with support for 512 simultaneous calls), and thus extend your original Product Support Licence to your new 3CX ENT512 Edition Licence.
3CX Product Support licences are annual contracts that provide the owners of a 3CX Phone System with technical support services directly from 3CX. 3CX Techical support is provided during the course of the contract via:
