A Call Recording Licence for five users or ICC agent on a MX250 IP-PBX. Provides on-demand or automatic call recording via the Zultys MXIE Unified Communications desktop interface.
With a Call Recording Session licence applied, a user can intiate the recording of a phone call, thereby ensuring important conversations are archived and key information is not forgotten. Call recording can be intiated with a few mouse clicks. Call Recording licences can also be integrated with the ICC Integrated Call Centre software suite, allowing any agent in queue or supervisor using MXIE to initiate call recording for a the call they are on. Call recording can be setup to be automatic (at all times) or on demand, and lets your agents record a complete conversation for quality control and follow-up purposes. The system can also be configured to play recording beeps, in conformance with certain state laws. The call recording function is tightly integrated with the Zultys MXIE Unified Communications client desktop software, and MXIE licences are required.
Provided as a downloadable file and activated on a MX250 IP-PBX by a supplied Key Code.
