Description

This Warranty option for Eaton 3S Standby UPS Series models extends the standard warranty from 3 years to 4 years, with Eaton initiating delivery of a replacement UPS by the next business day (conditions apply).

The standard warranty for Eaton 3S Standby UPS Series models is: 3 year warranty on electronics, 2 year warranty on battery.The Extended Warranty+ options uplift the standard 3S UPS warranty to either 4 or 5 years on both electronics and battery. Eaton initiate delivery of a same model replacement UPS by the next business day following notification a faulty UPS, and cover costs for the delivery of the replacement UPS and collection of the faulty UPS from the customers site. Customers located outside a 100kms radius of Eaton's Melbourne or Sydney offices are not eligible for free delivery/pickup, and must cover these freight costs.
