Description

Extended Warranty WP811 is available for E Series NV Eaton UPS Series, 600VA & 800VA models. It extends the standard 2 year warranty to 3 years, and includes replacement UPS delivery (conditions apply).

Eaton Year 3 Extended Warranties can be purchased with an Eaton UPS to extend the standard 2 year warranty to a 3 Year warranty, and cover both electronic components and batteries (Extended Warranties cannot be purchased retrospectively). This Extended Warranty option WP811 is available for E Series NV Eaton UPS Series, 600VA & 800VA models and uplifts the standard 2 year warranty to 3 years, and includes delivery of a replacement UPS (details below, conditions apply).Eaton initiate response of a same model replacement UPS by the next business day following notification a faulty UPS, and cover costs for the delivery of the replacement UPS and collection of the faulty UPS from the customers site, for customers located within 100Km of Eaton's Melbourne or Sydney offices (customers located outside these geographic areas can purchase an Extended Warranty, but are not eligible for free delivery/pickup, and must cover these freight costs if the Extended Warranty cover is invoked. Note that actual delivery time of the replacement UPS will depend on the location of the customer's site and the fright agent's service to that area.
